Extreme risk incident

The reporter/ORIRC contacts the involved head of the department and checks whether the catastrophe is handled according to the standard procedures, meaning that the Board of Hospital Directors reports the catastrophe to the Health Care Inspectorate.

High risk incident

The ORIRC gathers further information, analyzes the incident, discusses the incident in a meeting, formulates conclusions and/or improvement actions.

Medium risk incident

The ORIRC gathers further information, discusses the incident in a meeting, formulates conclusions and/or improvement actions.

Low risk incident

The ORIRC formulates conclusions and/or improvement actions.
