Body mass index < 35 | |
Ability to climb more than 2 flights of stairs without stopping | |
Ability to care for oneself independently | |
No unstable psychiatric illnesses | |
No drug or alcohol addiction | |
Caregiver over the age of 16 at home for first postoperative night |
